About Ordering

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. 

HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES

Once you receive your confirmation it may take 3 to 5 business days to ship your order. 

You can switch between Canadian and US currency using the dropdown located in the top or the bottom of our homepage.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. 

Taxes and Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times will vary depending on your preferred shipping method. We are currently offering shipping within Canada and the US through Canada Post. 

The Canada Post shipping options and estimated delivery times are listed  below:

  • Expedited Parcel (1-7 business days)
  • Xpresspost (1-3 business days)
  • Priority (1-3 business days)

Upon submitting your order you will receive a confirmation of your order to your email address and another notification shortly after your order has shipped.

Each Jillian Leigh piece is shipped in its own cotton filled jewelry box and tied with our custom ribbon. So, it will be wrapped and ready for gift giving!

Silver clay is real silver, just in a form that feels like magic. It’s made of 99.9% fine silver and has a soft, moldable texture that lets you sculpt, carve, and shape it just like clay. Once fired, it transforms into solid silver, revealing a custom piece that’s uniquely yours.

Your Workshop Experience

This is a hands-on studio experience where you create your own silver ring using silver clay — a soft, moldable material made from 99.9% silver! You’ll shape it by hand, add texture, and make design choices that feel right to you.

With gentle guidance throughout, your piece is fired and transformed into solid fine silver! You’ll polish it, try it on, and leave the studio the same day wearing something personal — a piece tied to a moment, a feeling, or a story.
