Refund policy

Returns + Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original packaging and receipt. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale:

For hygienic purposes, all earrings will be final sale. All personalized jewelry is final sale. Any customization (sizing, chain length etc) to any style is considered a special order and is final sale. All clearance items are final sale. 

Repairs:

Unfortunately we do not accept repairs. We carefully inspect all of our pieces before they leave the studio to you, but if you receive a defective item please email us at info@jillianleigh.ca. 


Permanent Jewelry: 

Permanent Jewelry is available at pop ups only. All permanent jewelry is final sale. We carefully weld and inspect your jewelry during your appointment to ensure it is fully welded together and there are no issues. 

If your chain needs to be removed we will re-attach it at no charge. Clasps are available at an additional cost.

If your bracelet or anklet is damaged due to a chain defect, we will replace it at no charge within 1 month of your original appointment. Your original receipt and chain is required in order to book your free replacement.

We are unable to offer complimentary bracelets or anklets in the case the jewelry is damaged or lost by the client.


Workshop Policy & Jewelry Care

Refund Policy

All workshop bookings are final sale. Because this is a hands-on DIY experience, refunds cannot be issued once the class has started.

Our instructors will guide you throughout the process, but as each piece is individually made by participants, we cannot guarantee a perfect final result. Slight imperfections are part of the handmade nature of the experience.

Workshop Participation

Due to limited seating and safety requirements, only registered participants are permitted in the studio and workshop space during classes.

Jewelry Care

Your ring is made from genuine silver, which is naturally softer than other metals and should be handled with care.

Because each piece is self-made during the workshop, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or repairs for rings damaged after class. Normal wear, bending, scratches, tarnishing, or breakage are not covered.

Safety & Liability

Participant safety is extremely important to us. All tools and materials are demonstrated with guided instruction during the workshop. By participating, guests acknowledge that Silver Studio Winnipeg is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the class experience.
